  • Mapping interesting legal places

Welcome to OpenLawMap, an interactive and user-generated map showing sites of legal significance in the UK, with associated blog entries and discussions.

The main aims of the OpenLawMap project are to chart places of legal interest and prompt discussion about them. We want users to be able to see the places around them where legally important events happened, and be able to search for sites relevant to their studies and interests.

OpenLawMap is an open educational resource. We hope you can get involved in placing legal events in their physical context and join the discussions. You can map and blog about places or events that interest you, search for sites by subject matter, and use the map for teaching or for engaging your wider communities in events that happened in your locality..
